First produced in 1979, Adelsheim’s Willamette Valley Pinot Noir has set the standard for Oregon Pinot noir for more than 30 years runnning! This wine comes from the winery’s seven estate vineyards in the Chehalem Mountains AVA and the greater Willamette Valley AVA. It bursts forth with cherry and raspberry fruit and cookie spice aromas, delivering them on the palate. There’s just a kiss of black pepper combined with fine, polished tannins and good acidity. Pair with mushroom risotto, duck or salmon cakes.
