Chrystelle and Jean-Marc Lirand bought this property in 2002 and consulted with Michel Rolland and Jean-Luc Thunevin before turning out a stunning 2004. With a few more vintages under their belt the wine is now considered one of the best estates in the region. French wine magazine La Revue du Vin de France put it in the top 4 of Castillon wines. The blend is 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and the wine is aged in oak barrels a quarter of which are new.
